Sourav Ganguly admitted to hospital


Sourav Ganguly, the present BCCI president and the previous India captain, was admitted to a personal hospital in South Kolkata after he fell sick on Saturday morning.

According to hospital sources, the 48-year-old felt dizzy whereas exercising in his private gymnasium within the morning. Soon after, he was shifted to the closest non-public hospital.

“He was not feeling well last night. However, he decided to continue his morning routine on Saturday and suddenly felt dizzy. The preliminary doctors are trying to identify the cause of this sudden blackout… it might be because of a cardiac problem or any other problem,” a hospital supply informed

The hospital has already fashioned a board of specialized docs and a cardiology specialist from SSKM Hospital has additionally been known as for Ganguly’s remedy.

BCCI secretary Jay Shah confirmed that Ganguly is steady and recovering.

Earlier in July, Ganguly had gone into house quarantine after his elder brother and CAB joint secretary Snehasish Ganguly had examined optimistic for COVID-19.
