Rajasthan: No exams till Class 5 in govt schools due to Covid-19

The Rajasthan authorities selected Wednesday not to conduct any examination till the fifth grade in state-run schools in the present tutorial session due to the rising coronavirus instances. The youngsters of those lessons shall be promoted to the subsequent class on the premise of evaluation. The Education (*5*) issued orders in this regard on Wednesday.

Accordingly, the scholars from class 1-5 shall be promoted to the subsequent class primarily based on the evaluation. This promotion shall be achieved on April 1 and there shall be no examination for it. On the opposite hand, the examination of lessons 6 and seven shall be carried out from April 15-22, whereas exams for lessons 9 and 11 shall be carried out from April 6-22 and the category 8 examination shall be carried out on board sample.

The results of lessons 6, 7, 9, and 11 shall be introduced on April 30, and admission in the upcoming lessons will begin from May 1. “In view of the circumstances arising out of corona, the government has made this decision,” School Education Minister  tweeted.
