The MVA in Maharashtra contains Shiv Sena, NCP and the Congress. The three events cast an alliance post-Assembly elections in 2019 to maintain the BJP away from energy. The Shiv Sena, which had contested the Assembly election along with the BJP, determined to finish the alliance after the saffron social gathering refused to settle for the demand for CM’s chair.
Patole is a senior chief in the state and hails from the Vidarbha area of the state. His assertion is definite to increase eyebrows within the alliance, though the Sena and NCP on many events have denied any rift.
This is the second such assertion made by a senior social gathering chief in the latest occasions. Earlier, Mumbai Congress chief Ashok alias Bhai Jagtap had introduced that his social gathering will contest the BMC elections in 2022 solo.
