Ajinkya Rahane refuses to cut kangaroo on cake after triumphant return from Australia


Ajinkya Rahane’s Indian cricket group returned to a hero’s welcome from their 2-1 sequence win in Australia. Skipper Ajinkya Rahane, who returned to his Dadar dwelling on Wednesday night time, was acquired in his neighbourhood with a ‘kangaroo cake’, which Rahane refused to cut. The incident was proven on a Marathi TV channel.

Marathi information channel TV9 Marathi confirmed Rahane’s welcome at dwelling. He was seen holding his daughter. In entrance of him there was a cake formed within the type of a cricket pitch with a kangaroo sitting on prime of it, holding the Indian flag.

The cake has been baked by Aditi Limaye-Kamat, proprietor of Home Chef bakery. “My business partner Jeetendra Thakrey who is a former Ranji player suggested this idea that we do something unique,” Aditi informed News18. This was following a telephone name from Rahane’s good friend Himanshu Patil to the bakery who wished a ‘special’ cake to welcome him, in accordance to the report.
